Kathleen M. Simpson
Lead Attorney
I am dedicated to helping clients in all types of matters, from high-conflict cases to uncontested proceedings. I work to tailor my strategy and advice to meet my client's goals. I got my start in legal practice in 2005 in Hawaii as a deputy prosecutor where I was able to litigate numerous bench and jury trials to verdict.
My experience and reputation allow me to represent my clients by finding the best possible solution while protecting my client's rights. Involvement in the court system can be very emotional or stressful, but I aim to always provide honest and thoughtful feedback to my clients throughout each step of the process. I work to reach a solution that is in my client's best interest, regardless of whether that requires a trial or facilitating an environment where the parties can come to a reasonable agreement.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, running, traveling, and spending time with my husband and daughters. Community involvement and service is also important to me and I work to maintain connections with the local organizations so that I am able to stay involved and current on issues affecting my clients.
