Nicolette Ohlsen
Associate Attorney
Nicolette Ohlsen (she/her/hers) received her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at the University of Colorado School of Boulder in 2022 and her Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the Oregon School of Law in 2025. Ms. Ohlsen’s practice focuses on juvenile dependency matters.
Ms. Ohlsen is an advocate for her clients through challenging times with a great deal of
compassion and a keen sense of justice.
Prior to joining Evergreen Legal Services LLC, Ms. Ohlsen worked with a number of state and federal agencies, as well as nonprofit organizations that focused on providing legal representation to historically marginalized communities. Through these experiences she became aware of the need for compassionate, accessible and quality services for all individuals.
When not working, Ms. Ohlsen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, camping and taking her dog on outdoor adventures.
